The Ritz-Carlton community within Dove Mountain is a collaboration between Arizona developers Cottonwood Properties and Greenbrier Southwest Corporation, with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. as manager. In addition, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company is a significant owner in the resort and spa component within the community. This development team uses its experience to redefine the concept of elegant desert living.

Founded in 1975 and owned by David Mehl, Cottonwood Properties is one of
southern Arizona’s leading private developers. Prior to The Ritz-Carlton,
Dove Mountain project, Cottonwood Properties has developed many real estate
projects in the metropolitan Tucson area, including master-planned communities,
retail centers, office complexes, and apartment communities. Owner and master
developer of the 6,200-acre Dove Mountain planned community, the firm also
developed the 800-acre La Paloma community, including The Westin La Paloma,
a 487-room destination resort hotel in Tucson, and the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus
Signature course at La Paloma Country Club in the Santa Catalina Mountains.

Tim and Casey Bolinger, is a Scottsdale-based real estate development company
specializing in hospitality development and mixed-used, master-planned communities
with hospitality components. The company is a partner in and developer/operator
of Hidden Meadow Ranch, a boutique luxury lodge, residential and club project
in Arizona’s White Mountains, and the firm’s principals managed the planning,
zoning, development and marketing of the 730-acre Kierland mixed-use community
in Phoenix from its inception through 1997.
