More than 300 luxury homes in The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain will bring new neighbors within the next two years.
Construction in underway on the five models for the first phase of 91 single-family homes, initial construction also includes 16 custom estate home sites.
The neighborhood will eventually have about 300 highly personalized homes and 20 sites for custom homes. The high-end production homes will range from 2,770 square feet to 4,800 square feet. Home prices while still being finalized, are expected to start at $1.5 million.
The Residences surround or have easy access to The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, a 250-room golf and spa resort expected to open in late 2009. Residents in the new development automatically become members of The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Dove Mountain, which will include a swim and fitness pavilion, tennis courts, private dining and a full-service spa and fitness center. A limited number of memberships will be available to non-residents.
Residents of The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain also can tap into such resort services as concierge, landscaping, housekeeping, valet, catering and room service, as well as home management.

Cottonwood Properties of Tucson and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. LLC of Chevy Chase, Md., join Greenbrier Southwest of Scottsdale in developing the $500 million project on 850 acres.
